These terms apply to all users, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and contributors of content.

HostPro provides web hosting, VPS, cloud hosting, dedicated servers, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. Our services are designed to provide reliable hosting solutions for websites, applications, and other online resources. Service availability is subject to our uptime guarantee as specified in your service agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Not share your account with third parties without authorization We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to transmit material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, or threatening. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: • Hosting illegal content or activities • Distributing malware or engaging in hacking • Sending spam or unsolicited communications • Infringing intellectual property rights • Consuming excessive resources that impact other users

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. • Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in service suspension Tax obligations are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits. Exclusions from the SLA include: • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice) • Force majeure events • Issues caused by your actions or third-party services • DDoS attacks beyond our mitigation capacity

We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures. However, you are responsible for: • Maintaining backups of your data • Securing your applications and databases • Complying with applicable data protection laws We recommend regular backups as we are not liable for data loss beyond our standard backup services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate services immediately if you: • Violate these terms or our acceptable use policy • Fail to pay fees when due • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity Upon termination, you must retrieve your data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using our services.
